The Happy Workday checklist was created by me, Coach Beth. I’m a transformational coach with 25+ years of experience in training and management. I’ve spent my life helping professionals find more success at work.
My experience has shown me the best foundation for success is happiness and wellbeing, and yet that is what people often neglect. And I’m on a mission to change that!
